Made with dark chocolate & lashings of syrup. Marshmallows are melted in the middle & dusted with icing sugar.

Melt in the mouth shortbread with a layer of mincemeat in the centre. Decorated with orange zest.

PEAR, STEM GINGER & WALNUT CAKE

Made with fresh pears, stem ginger & walnuts. A dark brown sugar glaze is poured on top of this very moist cake.
